Job Description
We are looking for an SAP FP&A Consultant to work for a leader in the consulting industry. In this role you will be responsible for leading enterprise FP&A processes (budget, forecast, long-range plan) leveraging SAP S/4HANA for actuals and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning for driver-based planning, scenario modeling, and performance reporting. Serve as a finance business partner, converting SAP data into decision-ready insights and actions.
The customer finished their implementation, and they are in the hyper care stage right now. You will be working with a small team both onshore and offshore to ensure delivery around production.
This role will also include:
1. Driving planning, forecasting, and performance management by translating financial and operational data into insights, scenarios, and recommendations for leadership.
2. Translate business targets into driver-based SAC models (P&L, Balance Sheet, CashFlow and Workforce management).
3. Produce monthly performance packages: Plan vs Actual vs Forecast, variance bridges, and root-cause analysis by company code, cost center, profit center, segment, functional area, etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience with SAP FP&A
- Financial statement fluency (P&L focus; balance sheet/cash awareness as needed).
- Performance analytics: variance analysis, trend analysis, KPI design
- Possesses SuccessFactors know how.
- Client facing role based out of the US, work with client and India team and owning model and own track
- Have work EST time zone
