Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join a critical project with one of the largest consulting and advisory firms in the world. This individual will serve as a program-level operator responsible for leading warehouse and supply chain operations that support large-scale customer IT programs. The role focuses on optimizing logistics, IT asset management, and distribution at scale rather than day-to-day floor supervision. This position requires strong leadership, operational execution, and continuous improvement across warehouse and logistics functions in an on-site warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, storage, and distribution
Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement support, tracking, deployment, and disposal
Ensure adherence to SLAs, supply chain processes, and internal quality standards
Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff, including performance oversight and workforce planning
Design, implement, and optimize warehouse workflows and logistics strategies
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy and delivery timelines
Coordinate closely with program leadership, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable customer requirements, regulations, and contractual obligations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics efficiency, cost reduction, and service delivery
Support supply chain risk mitigation and operational planning efforts

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in warehouse management or a closely related field
8+ years of hands-on experience managing warehouse operations and logistics workflows
5+ years of experience supporting IT desktop equipment and asset management processes
5+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and motivating warehouse or logistics teams
Strong working knowledge of supply chain management, logistics coordination, and operational execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, including multi-site environments or high-value inventory
Background supporting customer programs with complex compliance or contractual requirements
Familiarity with IT asset tracking platforms such as ServiceNow
Certifications in supply chain, logistics, or project management (PMP, CSCP, or similar)
