Insight Global has an opening for a Foreman to support our large AEC partner in Powhatan, VA. This role centers on coordinating underground utility installations using horizontal directional methods with pullback techniques, as an alternative to traditional trench‑based approaches.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on‑site guidance and coordination for underground utility installation activities
- Support horizontal directional installation processes using pullback methods
- Serve as a point of alignment between field teams and project leadership
- Assist with day‑to‑day workflow planning to help projects move forward smoothly
- Encourage consistent safety practices and quality standards across the work area

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in the field with both drilling/locator or as a foreman
- Ability to read diagram sketches
- Experience with Mrs Utility 811
- Experience with drilling, locating, and driving trucks with trailers
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CDL A license
- Tanker Endorsements
