Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is looking to a Sr DevOps Engineer to their team located in the Chantilly/Dulles, VA area. This individual will help design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery. They will be supporting DevSecOps processes and security controls to help programs achieve ATO. Additional responsibilities; deploy and maintain infrastructure, monitoring, and alerting solutions. They will partner cross‑functionally to meet mission, business, and compliance objectives. And support testing, deployments, and participate in code reviews while remaining hands‑on with the codebase. They will need to go onsite 75% of the time.
Compensation:
$195k to $240k per year annual salary.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
Active TS/SCI clearance
Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in scripting and automation
DoD / defense industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm, or Nexus
AWS and hybrid cloud/on‑prem experience
Experience supporting real‑time or high‑performance systems
Self‑starter who identifies and drives improvements independently
