Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow QA Engineer to support the quality, stability, and performance of ServiceNow platform implementations across multiple modules. This individual will be responsible for validating configurations, customizations, integrations, and upgrades to ensure platform functionality aligns with business and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and UI components, and is comfortable working in Agile environments alongside developers, platform administrators, and business stakeholders. Exact compensation for this position may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education, but is expected to be between $20-$25 USD. Benefits may vary based on location of candidate.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in quality assurance
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and other SaaS tools
Strong understanding of ITSM, TSM, CSM, or FSM in ServiceNow
Experience testing UI components, workflows, catalog items, integrations, etc.
Experience developing, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases and test scripts
