Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale ERP implementation, drive smaller initiatives, and provide agile coaching to teams for continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role that spans project coordination, agile facilitation, and business analysis support. You'll be embedded with our teams to help drive structure, accountability, and momentum across multiple workstreams. The pay rate for this position is $50-57hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Own and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk/issue logs, decision registers, and meeting notes
• Take on smaller in-flight initiatives as needed, managing scope, timeline, and stakeholder communication end-to-end
• Continuous coaching of teams on scaled agile best practices and continuous improvement in alignment with the Project Management Office
• Partner with PMO and teams to support business analysis activities as needed
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across portfolio workstreams
• Escalate risks and issues proactively, driving resolution with the appropriate stakeholders
• Support change management and communication efforts related to ERP rollout activities
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of project management or project coordination experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading ERP implementations
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach; strong working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Familiarity with business analysis practices and deliverables (process flows, user stories, requirements documentation)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment
• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and/or Azure DevOps
