Job Description

Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including general maintenance and organization
Order, stock, and maintain office supplies and shared resources
Partner with IT on office‑related needs and coordination (on‑site IT team of three)
Provide light administrative support to the CEO and VP of HR as needed
Support the HR team with data entry and inbox communication
Help maintain a polished, professional office environment for employees and visitors
Serve as a point of contact for office‑related questions and requests

Required Skills & Experience

2+ year of experience in an office management, administrative, or similar support role
Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with executive‑level stakeholders
Strong soft skills, including mindfulness, active listening, and ability to repeat information back accurately
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
Willing and able to work full‑time on site in Virginia Beach
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑urgency environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting HR teams or executive leadership
Experience working in a corporate office environment with senior leadership presence
