Job Description
We’re looking for a Business Analyst II to partner with business and product teams to deliver effective, scalable media and enterprise technology solutions. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process improvement, testing, and support across moderate to complex systems, with strong exposure to data, reporting, and metadata-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders and Product Managers to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
• Align technology solutions with business strategies and operational workflows
• Facilitate planning, prioritization, and joint application sessions
• Support application lifecycle activities (requirements, testing, training, implementation)
• Develop test plans, training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
• Troubleshoot Tier 3 issues and support ongoing system enhancements
• Assist Scrum Masters during application implementations

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong background in requirements gathering for IT systems
• Experience with data migration, integration, and governance
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, relational databases, and basic queries
• Reporting experience (Tableau preferred; SSRS a plus)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other SDLC methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users
