Job Description

The Visual Content Specialist will support the Communications Team by producing high‑quality visual content that strengthens storytelling, audience engagement, and brand consistency across newsletters, social media platforms, and internal communication channels. This role focuses on visual execution, translating communications strategy into compelling photography and video assets.

*8:00AM-4:30PM (Hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong photography skills with an emphasis on composition and storytelling.
-Ability to capture high‑quality B‑roll and supporting footage.
-Proficiency in short‑form video editing.
-Understanding of visual storytelling beyond basic camera operation.
-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
-Awareness of brand consistency and visual standards.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience supporting communications in a government or public‑sector environment.
-Familiarity with producing content for newsletters and official organizational communications.
-Ability to work independently while collaborating with a communications team.
