Insight Global is seeking an experienced operations leader to join their client in Richmond, VA. Candidates will be responsible for impacting strategic direction, as well as balancing creativity with precision.
Day to day operations and responsibilities:
Strategy & Operations
○ Partner with the CEO and board members to set and execute long-term strategic goals.
○ Lead daily operations across departments, maintaining standard practices.
○ Create and enhance systems that improve collaboration and delivery.
○ Transition strategy into actionable plans.
● Financial Oversight
○ Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and coordinating with the VP of Finance
○ Oversee project costs and departmental budgets.
○ Ensure organizational financial discipline and cost efficiency.
● People & Culture
○ Oversee HR, recruiting, and professional development programs.
○ Maintain a positive, creative culture that supports collaboration, accountability and innovation.
○ Oversee benefits, performance reviews, and maintain compliance with employment policies and regulations.
● Business Systems & Growth
○ Lead optimization of agency tools, systems and technologies.
○ Manage vendor relationships, leases, and operational logistics across multiple office locations.
○ Support new business processes and client onboarding system integrations.
○ Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience within an advertisement agency environment.
- A strong understanding of finance and operational costs
- Proven and measurable experience impacting operations through continuous improvement changes.
- Experience managing over 20 direct reports across multiple lines of business.
- Ability to implement strategic changes at an operational level- Measuring actionable items against long term and short term KPI's.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Masters or Bachelors in Business, Finance, or Management
- Exposure to high impact consulting, and making decisions that significantly impact the organization.
