TS/SCI Systems Engineer III

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support advanced Cryptologic Carry On Equipment and Electronic Warfare systems in a mission critical DoD environment. This role focuses on system level engineering across the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, security, and sustainment of complex EW systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform system level engineering for COE and EW systems across the full lifecycle
o Support activities including:
 Requirements definition
 System design parameters
 Concepts of operations (CONOPS)
 Risk assessments
 Performance and productivity analyses
 Test and evaluation
 Post delivery system support
• Support hardware and software configuration management, including:
o Tracking bugs, enhancements, requirements, risks, test results, and tasks
• Perform system and network security activities, including:
o Design and implementation of security controls
o Configuration and enforcement of security policies across networks, hardware, and software
• Work within Windows and Linux operating system environments
• Provide Linux system administration support
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure system integrity and mission readiness

• Bachelor’s degree in systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years of full time professional experience in Systems Engineering
• 2+ years of system level engineering experience in one or more of the following:
o System design
o CONOPS
o Risk assessment
o Performance analysis
o Test & evaluation
o Post delivery support of COE or EW systems
• 3+ years of experience in each of the following:
o Operating systems: Windows and Linux
o Linux system administration
o Hardware and software configuration management and network security, including implementation and enforcement of security controls
• 1+ year of experience supporting total life cycle system design (or equivalent academic background)

• U.S. Navy experience
• Sub community experience
