Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 2 Data Center Implementation Engineers to sit remote supporting a large Telecom client. This role requires an engineering background and strong communication skills to collaborate with contract managers and coordinate with data center providers. The position is also responsible for collecting and documenting technical information such as drawings, rack details, power installations, patch panels, and cage layouts, and accurately entering this data into the 1PSC tool. The role also involves basic CAD work and proficiency in Microsoft Visio to document 10x10 cages, rack layouts, footprints, and manufacturing dates while working with template teams. Overall, the position supports VZ detail engineers by ensuring accurate and reliable space and power documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with large data center providers
- 5+ years of data entry experience
- Telecom knowledge and technical background
- Understanding of Power, space, and cooling within data center technology
- Basic CAD work and proficiency in Microsoft & Google products
