Job Description
The Inspector IV plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with engineering specifications. This position supports manufacturing and quality teams by performing advanced inspections, operating measurement systems, and collaborating cross‑functionally to resolve inspection‑related issues. The role requires a high level of independence, technical expertise, and attention to detail in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• CMM Programming Skills
• Thorough understanding of GD&T
• Ability to measure components to fit the tolerancing criteria
• Set up, program, and operate measurement systems to verify parts meet print and dimensional requirements
• Utilize software tools including Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SAP to document and track inspection data
• High School Diploma
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing/production
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Working knowledge of AS9100
• Experience supporting customer audits
• Experience training others on inspection or measurement systems
