Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join one of our top security clients. The rate is $60,000-$70,000 and the work authorization is not specified. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in ensuring life-safety systems operate reliably and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Responsibilities:
Test, inspect, and service commercial fire alarm systems across assigned facilities.
Prepare for inspections by ensuring all required testing equipment, tools, and materials are available and used safely.
Identify system deficiencies, code issues, or performance discrepancies and clearly communicate findings.
Complete accurate documentation, including inspection reports and recommended corrective actions.
Adhere to structured inspection schedules while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
Collaborate with team members and clients to support timely resolution of identified issues.
