Job Description

-Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
-Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
-Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
-Support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
-Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
-Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.
-Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.
-Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.
-Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.

























-Salary between 70-100k

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years’ experience in process improvement and healthcare management experience
-Six Sigma Certification
-Must have a bachelor's degree
-Must be comfortable with taking initiative
-Must have experience working in a health plan environment

-Project Management background
