Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated technical leader with previous digital transformation experience delivering, managing, and selling innovative digital services (i.e., Salesforce), collaboration workflow development (i.e. SharePoint and Microsoft 365), Intelligent Automation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Deep experience with system and application design, agile application/software development in a DevSecOps model for custom and low-code/no-code and SaaS/Paas implementations is a must.

Required Skills & Experience
• Active Top Secret or DHS clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years’ experience with the management of Salesforce and/or SharePoint and Microsoft 365 implementations
• Deep customer relationships and delivery experience within the DHS market
• Experience with all aspects of capture management, including developing and submitting winning proposals
• Experience managing a cross-functional team of technical consultants, establishing management structure and control
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
• Salesforce Certification(s)
• Microsoft Certification(s)
