Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, building, and maintaining data visualizations that support actionable insights across the organization. In addition to strong Power BI capabilities, this role requires hands‑on experience working with Databricks for data transformation, modeling, and optimization. Pay rate ranging from $40-$60per hour.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and report optimization.
Practical experience working with Databricks, including building or consuming Delta tables, integrating with Power BI, and supporting analytics workflows.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and visualizations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment
