Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and patient focused Medical Assistant to support daily clinical and administrative operations within a fast paced healthcare environment. This individual will work closely with providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver high quality care, ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. A CMA or CCMA is required. The pay rate for this is $18-22hr depending on years of experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Obtain, record, and update patient vital signs
• Room patients and prepare for examinations
• Assist providers during exams, procedures, and treatments
• Administer injections and immunizations following protocol
• Perform EKGs, spirometry, and point of care testing
• Collect, label, and process laboratory specimens
• Conduct wound care and remove sutures/staples as directed
• Provide patient education within scope of practice
• Prepare, restock, and clean exam rooms between patients
