Insight Global is seeking a Project Executive for a client in Sterling, VA.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center sector.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives for the company.
• Oversee multiple large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Resolve complex project challenges and provide executive-level direction when needed.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers and project staff.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance project culture.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
This role will require 25% travel as needed for projects. The position will be fully onsite in sterling with occasional remote flexibilities.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in general contracting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships that drive business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
