Job Description

The Finance Director serves as the primary financial leader for the assigned region or department, overseeing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, and strategic financial leadership. This role partners closely with business leadership to ensure financial accuracy, drive operational performance, influence strategic decisions, and support long‑term planning.

Salary Range - 200K-230K

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
MBA, Master’s in Finance, or CPA/CFA designation strongly preferred.
7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or business planning.
Prior leadership experience managing financial processes, teams, or cross‑functional initiatives.
Experience working in multi‑site, operationally complex, or industry‑specific environments preferred.
