The Department of the Navy, Secretariat Comptroller and Resource Department team is seeking a highly skilled Data Cleansing Consultant to support the Navy’s Centrally Managed Programs (CENTMAN). This is a functional role, responsible for researching, diagnosing, and resolving complex accounting issues within SAP ERP ECC, with a focus on unliquidated orders, unmatched disbursements, intergovernmental transactions, and aged account payables. Candidate must have experience in the FI/FM, and PS modules of SAP ERP ECC – MM experience is a bonus as well as experience using Advana dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Research, diagnose, and resolve accounting and financial data integrity issues related to the Navy’s CENTMAN.
• Investigate and clear unliquidated obligations (ULOs), unmatched disbursements, and aged accounts payable in SAP ERP ECC, with a focus on the FI, FM, and PS modules.
• Leverage reporting and analytical tools, including Navy ERP and Advana, to efficiently identify and address financial discrepancies.
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports to Senior leadership on resolution status
• Develop and implement internal controls for the CENTMAN programs to reduce UMTs, ULOs, Aged APs, etc…
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP ERP ECC (Navy ERP)
• Demonstrated ability to clear unliquidated orders, unmatched disbursements, and aged payables in large ERP environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills in a complex financial management setting. •
