Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting existing customers and the outside sales team by managing Requests for Quotes (RFQs), preparing accurate pricing, and delivering exceptional customer service. This individual will collaborate closely with internal departments, develop product knowledge, and help ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions.
Candidates with transferable backgrounds include Inside Sales, Sales Administration, Marketing, Electrical Technicians, Marine Electricians, Field Technicians, Applications Engineers, and Warehouse/Parts Counter personnel with electrical exposure.
Work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
This is a salary and commission based pay
Base salary ranges from $47,000-$57,000 per year with additional commission typically averaging $9,000-$12,000 per year

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, technical sales support, or a related field.
• Experience or familiarity with electrical products, marine/industrial equipment, or technical environments strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or similar tools).
• Ability to learn technical product information and apply it effectively in a sales context.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
