Job Description

This permanent placement, remote, opportunity supports our healthcare client based out of Virginia and involves writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. The analyst will need to have experience programming in SQL across multiple databases. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams—including IT, operations, and business leaders—to define and refine data requirements, ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics processes, support ad‑hoc requests with clear, actionable insights, and document data definitions, processes, and workflows for ongoing reference. Salary range is 80k-85k.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced SQL proficiency (writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries).
Experience programming on multiple different database platforms.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Must currently reside in a Southeastern U.S. state (e.g., FL, GA, AL, MS, TN, NC, SC, VA, AR, LA).
