Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a temporary Facilities Coordinator in Richmond to support their operations until mid-March. This individual will be working onsite Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM. They will be responsible for general facility management services including coordinating with vendors, maintaining ongoing communication with client(s) about their space, requesting and reviewing work orders, working directly with engineering to ensure maintenance plans are being followed, and processing invoices/purchase orders for services rendered.

This role will end in mid-to-late March so candidates must be comfortable working within this timeline.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of working experience in an administrative role; able to process invoices, file reports, and plan events
- Computer savvy with MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly; will be trained on in house CMMS software
- Tremendous communication skills; able to interface with engineering personnel, vendors and clients effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a facilities management/real estate environment
- Familiarity with different CMMS tools such as Corrigo, Maximo
