Design, deployment, and troubleshooting of NSX environments to include vDefend
Micro-segmentation, distributed firewall, and logical routing
Networking Fundamentals
TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, multicast
Layer 2/3 switching and routing
Virtualization Platforms
VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
Integration with other VMware products (vRealize, vSAN)
Security & Firewalling
Distributed firewall rules
IDS/IPS concepts
Role-based access control (RBAC)
Automation & Scripting
PowerCLI, Python, Ansible
NSX API usage for automation
Experience with Tag based Rules
Cloud & Hybrid Environments
NSX integration with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)

Pay Range: $50-$80/HR
