Job Description

The role involves leading the design, development, and support of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement—specifically the Customer Service module—and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Responsibilities include customizing and configuring Dynamics 365, performing fit-gap analyses, gathering requirements, and deploying scalable business applications. The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, document solutions, and collaborate with IT and business units to ensure alignment. Expertise in .NET, SQL, Azure, and C# is essential, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft’s licensing model. The role also includes defining governance practices, creating documentation and prototypes, advising on technology choices, and contributing to process improvements within the Business Enablement Services program. Preferred experience includes DevOps practices in Power Platform, such as Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.

This position can pay from $60-$80/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience as a D365 Technical Lead
-Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
-Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows and BPFs in D365
-Custom development experience using .Net, JavaScript and C#
-Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse
-Experience with using standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments
-Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using ADF & SSIS Packages
