Job Description

This position is willing to pay $100,000-$115,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Systems Integration Analyst with operational experience in U.S. Marine Corps and Navy C2/C4I systems to support integration efforts aboard amphibious assault ships. This role provides technical and programmatic support to a senior-level military development and integration office.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and document C4ISR system data exchanges and capability development.
• Represent Marine Corps interests in policy discussions with DoD, Joint, and Navy stakeholders.
• Develop integrated C4I architecture for afloat units and manage system configuration.
• Track system interoperability certifications for deployment readiness.
• Support acquisition and lifecycle sustainment through business case development and cost/benefit analysis.
• Conduct document analysis, taxonomy alignment, and capability mapping.
• Resolve system interface issues and define input/output and reliability requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to refine system requirements and recommend design approaches.
• Maintain mapping of systems to afloat capability requirements.
• Draft reports, briefings, and business case analyses in accordance with documentation standards.
• Support network architecture, systems engineering, and integration efforts.
• Provide IT services for naval networks and systems, including design and operational support.
• Coordinate integration of aviation command and control systems aboard ships.
• Facilitate AI/ML system integration for afloat operations.
Administrative Duties
• Respond to technical tasks via enterprise task management tools.
• Prepare meeting minutes, monthly reports, and travel documentation.
• Complete required annual contractor training.
• Assist in publishing the annual organizational report.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of substantive experience in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
• Experience working with acquisition professionals and operational forces to develop system requirements and resolve performance issues.
• Familiarity with Marine Corps and Navy organizational structures and functions.
