Scrum Master/ PM

A global company is seeking a versatile and experienced Scrum Master/ PM to support cross-functional teams in delivering strategic initiatives across the People Analytics sector. This role blends Agile leadership with program coordination, communication development, and operational support. You’ll be instrumental in driving team efficiency, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, managing workflows including user story creation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scope tracking.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Develop clear and compelling presentations, slide decks, and written communications for internal and external audiences.
• Conduct intermediate-level data analysis in Excel to support decision-making and progress tracking.
• Assist with training initiatives and administrative operations to ensure smooth team functioning.
Coordinate across hybrid teams and help define best practices for collaboration and delivery.

• 3+ years of total professional experience
• Minimum 2 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to craft executive-level presentations and team-facing materials.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools (such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Teamwork.com, or similar)
