Job Description
As a Consulting Resource Analyst, you will work with project leadership to understand project staffing requirements. You will develop project staffing plans using project requirements and practice data. You will recommend and communicate staffing assignments to associates, managers and project teams. You will engage third-party resources as required to deliver client projects. You will document and track all open and committed resource assignments. You will report on key business metrics related to staffing and utilization.

Required Skills & Experience
Basic Qualifications
· At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
o At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
o At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Expectations
· Perform other responsibilities as assigned
· Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
· Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises
