Senior IGA/IAM Program Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Senior IGA/ IAM Program Manager to join one of our Healthcare clients. This is a fully remote role. They must have strong familiarity with tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint (Saviynt preferred), and other enterprise identity platforms. Must have hands on understanding of Active Directory, Duo, Entra, O365, and PAM solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust. They will be working closely with enterprise architects and engineers teams daily so need someone who has that experience.
Compensation: $65/hr to $72/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

· 7+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Owner within the IGA/Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
· Strong familiarity with tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint (Saviynt preferred), and other enterprise identity platforms.
· Hands-on understanding of Active Directory, Duo, Entra, O365, and PAM solutions like CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of confidently engaging with executives and architects alike. ***Need someone to effectively communicate.
· Strong problem-solving abilities, with flexibility to adapt and pivot as program demands shift. ** Have a roadmap but things shift and business will throw in new requirements need someone adaptable.
· Energetic and personable. Wanting someone excited about this space and a complex project
· Experience in both strategy and execution; capable of developing processes and driving results.
· Comfortable with some project management responsibilities (task tracking, follow-ups, documentation, etc.).
