Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Endpoint Policy Analyst, sitting hybrid in the Arlington, VA area. This individual will play a key role in the strategic oversight and execution of the Department of Defense’s Comply-to-Connect (C2C) Program—a Zero Trust-aligned framework that secures the DoD Information Network (DoDIN) by continuously verifying device posture before granting network access.

The candidate will assist in finalizing a comprehensive requirements matrix, maintain C2C guidance, and support outreach to DoD Components including DISA DCDC, Air Force, and Navy. They will engage with stakeholders at the Action Officer level, help map tool capabilities to implementation outcomes, and analyze C2C reporting to support quarterly program reviews and senior leadership briefings.

This role requires strong policy writing and briefing development skills, as well as technical familiarity with endpoint and network security concepts such as NAC, EDR, and device authentication. The candidate will collaborate with a team of three focused on endpoint security, and help transition responsibilities from oversight to execution as the program evolves. Responsibilities also include tracking tasks and deliverables across multiple workstreams, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to metric development and trend analysis based on data from DISA.

Compensation:
$50.00/hr to $57.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
