Job Description
As a Surveillance Supervisor, you’ll be the frontline leader for daily surveillance operations. You’ll guide a team of agents, ensuring active monitoring of casino activity, accurate documentation, and swift response to incidents. Your role includes reviewing reports, coordinating shift schedules, and escalating issues to the Surveillance Manager. You’ll play a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of accountability and vigilance within the team.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in surveillance or security operations.
• Strong understanding of surveillance systems and procedures.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Casino or gaming industry experience.
• Experience with shift coordination and team scheduling.
• Familiarity with incident reporting tools and compliance documentation.
• Military or Police background.
