Job Description
One of Insight Global's government clients is seeking a UI/UX Developer with a strong background in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences, backed by a portfolio that showcases their design thinking and process. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user interfaces and experiences across several platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine user requirements.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards.
- Present design ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Compensation:
$60/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development
- Strong expertise in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and technique
- A portfolio that demonstrates a clear design process and thoughtful problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
