Job Description

Our client is expanding its national Energy Practice and seeking a Senior Project Manager/Seller-Doer to lead energy projects from concept to completion. This role involves business development, client engagement, and project execution across solar PV, BESS, natural gas, and transmission sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead energy projects and manage permitting, compliance, and technical execution.
Develop and grow client relationships, especially with utilities and developers.
Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, profitable projects.
Support business development through proposals, presentations, and marketing.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership on complex project challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (preferred Master’s) in environmental science, engineering, planning, or related field.
10+ years in energy project management, permitting, and business development.
Proven success in client engagement and winning new work.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
