Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support a federal customer. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for successfully managing hardware and software assets throughout the lifecycle within ServiceNow. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Platform Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, creating and managing UI policies, client scripts, workflows, and forms
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management: Resolve incidents related to ServiceNow functionality, investigate and address problems, and manage change requests to minimize service disruption
• System Maintenance: Perform regular system backups, performance tuning, and monitoring
• Integration Management: Configure and maintain integrations with third-party systems
• Data Management and Reporting: ensure data integrity through imports, exports, and transformations
• Security and Compliance: conduct audits and ensure compliance with organizational and legal standards
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows and processes

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Ability to obtain a US MINT Public Trust Clearance
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management or comparable certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management or comparable certification
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Asset Management module
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
