Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret ERP Project Manager to support a federal client in Norfolk, VA. This candidate will be supporting and be responsible for the transition from SABRS to Navy ERP (N-ERP), specifically S/4HANA. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:
-Document key insights and best practices gained from the transition from SABRS to the S/4HANA version of ERP.
-Lead the identification and development of Jupiter system reports, and train users on their effective execution and application.
-Track organizational and structural changes within COMSUBLANT (e.g., ship commissioning/decommissioning, interfleet transfers, command realignments) and coordinate with ERP Tier 3 to update master data, fund centers, and project systems accordingly.
-Monitor the rollout of new feeder systems (e.g., NOSS, Travel Modernization) and recommend updates to COMSUBLANT ERP processes to align with evolving requirements.
-Design and deliver both in-person and virtual training materials for the N-ERP Suite, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of financial events.
-Collaborate with N-ERP and SABRS support teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), incorporating business process reengineering where appropriate.
-Create job aids, quick reference guides, user manuals, and interactive training resources tailored to COMSUBLANT’s financial configuration.
-Develop terminology crosswalks to bridge legacy (“As-Is”) and future-state (“To-Be”) ERP environments.
-Standardize shipboard financial management practices through comprehensive manuals, SOPs, and formal instructions.
Compensation: 110K-120K annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems).
-8+ years of ERP program management experience, focused on Navy/DoD financial systems.
-Expert in Navy ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and legacy SABRS processes.
-Experienced in ERP training, documentation, and process reengineering.
-Strong knowledge of Navy financial operations and feeder systems.
-Skilled communicator with proven ability to train diverse user groups.
-Active DoD Secret clearance.
