Support oversight of program milestones including contract compliance, performance documentation, planning, and risk mitigation activities.
Assist in managing government-facing deliverables and reports, ensuring quality assurance, alignment with contract expectations, and timely responses to government inquiries.
Contribute to program compliance efforts by helping the organization meet government program standards and requirements.
Aid in the management of all program phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Utilize Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, Macros), Power Query, and PowerBI to analyze program data, track performance metrics, and generate reports.
Prepare and present professional documentation and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint for internal teams and government stakeholders.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure feature development aligns with compliance requirements and contractual obligations.
Assist in project leadership tasks, including risk management, scope communication, and timeline oversight to ensure successful program delivery.

2-3 years of program or project management experience within the wireless telecommunications industry.
Familiarity with 5G and 4G/LTE technologies.
Experience or understanding of compliance program management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, and Macros.
Proficient in MS Word and MS PowerPoint for professional documentation and presentations.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
Experience with government programs or contracts.
Exposure to mission-critical services, preferably LTE or LMR.
Understanding of product management and the software/product development lifecycle, especially related to wireless features.
