Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail under general supervision
Stock mailrooms and conference rooms with necessary supplies
Respond to Facilities service desk tickets (e.g., broken chairs, accessories, sit-stand desk installs)
Assist with desk setups for new hires
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to operate mailroom equipment (e.g., postage meters, envelope folders, label printers)
