We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Program Manager to lead agile software delivery for high-impact programs. This role requires deep agile delivery expertise with the ability to both execute current program work and position for future contract growth and re-competes. The ideal candidate is a servant leader, strategic thinker, and organic growth driver able to recognize opportunity areas within and adjacent to their programs, grow team capacity, and build enduring client trust. As a program leader, the candidate brings expertise in structured project management and process methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget. Leadership will be critical in aligning program execution with broader organizational goals, effectively communicating priorities, and ensuring teams are positioned for success.

-Bachelors Degree in Business, communications, program management, or equivalent.
-5+ years of experience managing Agile software development projects
-Proven track record of leading Scrum teams, managing agile ceremonies, and delivering iterative, user-focused outcomes.
-Demonstrated success growing program scope through modifications, new task orders, or personnel expansion.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with federal clients.
-Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, or equivalent.
-People-first leader with a demonstrated ability to hire, retain, and develop talent across disciplines.
