Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Strategic Project Delivery to lead the business-side execution of a major strategic initiative to evolve a global membership offering. This is a 6-month contingent assignment designed to provide leadership continuity during a maternity leave, with a targeted focus on ensuring successful coordination and delivery of key business workstreams.
Day-to-Day:
· Lead Business-Side Delivery of the Membership Strategic Initiative, coordinating all non-technical workstreams and ensuring alignment with overall program milestones.
· Drive Cross-Functional Execution of the go-to-market (GTM) plan, including marketing readiness, internal communications, member engagement, and policy alignment.
· Support the Delivery of New Member Benefits, partnering with Product, Membership, and Marketing stakeholders to validate operational feasibility and strategic fit.
· Manage Stakeholder Engagement, including societies, internal business units, and external vendors (e.g., communications, change management, and strategy partners).
· Oversee Change Management Planning in collaboration with internal teams and third-party consultants.
· Coordinate Internal Policy and Process Changes, ensuring readiness across Membership Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
· Partner with IT Program Lead to ensure integrated planning, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and resolution of cross-functional dependencies.
· Own and Contribute to Reporting and Communications:
Provide inputs to EPMO leadership, executive sponsor, and Steering Committee reporting.
Consolidate workstream and substream updates into program-level communications.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in progress, risk, and strategic alignment reporting.
· Facilitate Governance and Executive Engagement, representing business-side delivery in Steering Committee and cross-functional working group meetings.
Contribute to Other Strategic Projects within the Enterprise PMO, as capacity and priorities permit.

· 10 years' experience in program/project management (wants some sort of program management)
· Background in membership-based/subscription based environments (finance ideally)
· Exp working alongside stakeholders in business side, and IT/product teams (working closely w other program manager who is overseeing technical aspects of this)
Exp w JIRA (program management software)
PMP or experience in agile environment
