Design and implement technical approaches within the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, including:
Portal Development
Virtual Agent
Workspaces
Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, development, and iterative delivery
Participate in technical reviews and provide guidance on platform best practices

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including:
JavaScript-based development
Portal Development
Virtual Agent
Experience with Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or strong experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
Ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile tools and ceremonies
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
ITOM (IT Operations Management)
ITAM (IT Asset Management)
Ability to work independently and lead technical conversations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
