Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team in the precise hand assembly of high-end sensors. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The supervisor will train and mentor assembly technicians while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. They will also drive process improvements through lean manufacturing practices and cross-functional coordination. Ideal candidates have experience in high-precision manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years as a supervisor or lead
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Strong understanding of hand assembly techniques and processes (soldering, small scale assembly)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to utilize Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Manufacturing experience involving high-precision or high-end products
- SAP/ERP Experience
- AA or BA in engineering/electronics field
- Additional technical training/certifications
