Job Description

Provide administrative and operational support to Real Estate Managers and Assistant Managers.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including variance analysis.
Support accounts receivable/payable processes: rent collection, invoice processing, reconciliations, and lease compliance.
Coordinate vendor services, including RFP preparation, performance monitoring, and maintenance scheduling.
Respond to tenant inquiries and collaborate with the property management team to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records for leases, vendors, insurance certificates, and property files.
Prepare correspondence and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage incoming calls, mail distribution, meeting scheduling, and event coordination.
Conduct site visits to restock supplies and ensure property standards are met.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dministrative/ property office experience OR a college degree in a related field (accounting, real estate, business, etc.)
Commercial property management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Accounting experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice To Have:

Strong customer service skills and professional communication abilities.
Reliable transportation for occasional property visits.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes is preferred.
