Job Description

Lead development of Java-based applications for battlefield command and control
Organize and delegate R&D efforts for situational awareness and battle orchestration
Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for deployed systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver technically sound solutions
Support testing and validation of software deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI access and CI Poly
6+ years of experience (or equivalent with advanced degrees)
Strong Java development in enterprise environments
Experience with:
Linux-based development
CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.)
AWS or Azure cloud environments
Docker & Kubernetes
Agile methodologies
Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with:
Geospatial data and DoD tactical networks
Helm, ArgoCD, CircleCI
RESTful APIs
PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases
Interest in maintaining and adapting legacy codebases
Mentorship experience
