Job Description

We are seeking a Content Management Coordinator with a strong blend of organizational, technical, and communication skills to lead the curation and optimization of technical content across a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical writing, knowledge systems, and process improvementbringing clarity and structure to large volumes of information.

You will work closely with development, middleware, and operations teams to bridge knowledge gaps, organize content, and support the integration of virtual assistant technologies. Your work will directly impact how knowledge is accessed, automated, and applied across the organization.

Pay Range: $60-$70 an hour depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Lead the creation, editing, and maintenance of technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
2. Manage and optimize content within Confluence, including structuring spaces, templates, and linking related documentation across platforms.
3. Support the migration and integration of content from Confluence into ServiceNow and other knowledge platforms.
4. Track and report on documentation usage and effectiveness using tools like Excel, identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. Contribute to project management and agile activities (Scrum/BA hybrid role).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1. Familiarity with infrastructure patching or security vulnerability management.
