Job Description

Join our dedicated crew as a Scaffold Helper, where your support on the ground helps build structures safely and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in setting up and breaking down a wide range of scaffolding types, ensuring materials are passed promptly to elevated team members. Youll also help organize and prep equipment for shipment, and keep the job site tidy, safe, and running smoothly from start to finish.

This role involves traveling throughout Southern Virginia to support scaffold operations across various job sites. All travel-related expenses will be fully covered by the company.

Required Skills & Experience

Trade school exposure is a plus not a must

Construction experience helpful, but not required

Previous expirence as a carpender or hands on mechnical expirence

Open to entry-level applicants

Bilingual abilities? Great, but not required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with various scaffolding components and their dimensions

Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting 40+ pounds, bending, reaching, and crouching

Willingness to work indoors or outdoors as needed

Not afraid of heights
