Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Water Treatment Operator to join a local team in the Richmond area.
Operate and monitor treatment systems including pumps, filtration units, chemical feeders, and control panels
Perform routine water sampling and testing to evaluate water quality parameters
Record and interpret data from SCADA systems and lab results to adjust operations
Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
Maintain detailed logs, reports, and records as per regulatory requirements
Follow safety protocols and environmental standards consistently
Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as required

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience as a water treatment or wastewater operator
Experience working at a water or wastewater treatment plant
Water operator license (Class 1-5)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Valid water operator certification
