Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Tota Rewards Manager to help Lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Total Rewards programsincluding benefits, compensation, and employee wellbeing. This role requires strong technical acumen in HRIS systems (preferably Workday), data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, processes, and vendor relationships across multiple locations. The salary for this role is $100-120k depending on experience level.

Required Skills & Experience

Benefits Administration: Direct the end-to-end management of all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, life and disability insurance, HSA/FSA, leave management, and workers' compensation.
Compensation Strategy: Oversee compensation structures, including market pricing, salary benchmarking, job architecture, annual merit cycles, incentive plans, and commission programs.
HRIS & Data Management: Leverage HRIS platforms (preferably Workday) to streamline processes, ensure data integrity, and generate actionable insights through dashboards and analytics.
Wellbeing Program Leadership: Design and execute holistic wellbeing initiatives that promote employee engagement, health, and productivity.
Process Optimization: Evaluate and enhance internal workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience across Total Rewards functions.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, manage audits, and maintain documentation for all benefit and compensation programs.
Vendor & Budget Oversight: Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance reviews for all Total Rewards-related services.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a geographically distributed Total Rewards team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational goals.
Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
