Job Description

The Cloud Engineer II role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cloud infrastructure and solutions, developing and optimizing cloud-based applications and services, automating cloud operations, ensuring security and compliance, and providing technical mentorship and support.

Hourly pay depending on experience $60-$65

Required Skills & Experience

4-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud architecture, and cloud services (e.g., compute, storage, networking, databases, security).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and experience with automation tools.
Understanding of cloud best practices, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Experience with cloud infrastructure management tools, monitoring solutions, and cloud integration.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills for complex cloud issues.
Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
