Examples of work - A lot of IT project, software implementation. About 20 projects total they want to work through this year but here are three high level examples below.
Project 1: Downloading 300 people to a new software called ProCore and they are going though the process of bringing the software into the clients environment and making sure that it meets compliance and security protocol. Then working to help establish training of the users on the new system.
Project 2: Changing their work order management systems to level up the clients facilities and space management teams.
Project 3: They are looking to purchase a software improvement tool that can make all HVAC units visible in one dashboard.

6+ years experience in Project/Program Management
Analytics/ Business Intelligence skills demonstrated in previous experience specifically with VBA, PowerBI and Tableau
Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners.
Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for challenging projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
Manage dependencies and impacts with other teams and business functions.
Interact daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables.
